Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

if my ex wife has violated multiple sections of out divorce decree, and I legaly allowed to teake my son if i deam it an unhealty situation for my son? There is no set visitaion scheduel, and I am not listed as the home parent.

If you want to do something that is not provided in your divorce decree you need to have a judge change it. I find it unusual that there is no visitation schedule and suggest you see an attorney about a motion to modify the decree
