You can try www.texaslawhelp.com.
There is almost zero chance the judge will issue a writ of attachment to a self-represented litigant. You would be better off either hiring a family law attorney OR posting a question about the underlying problem you're trying to solve and see if there is a better procedure than writ of attachment.
