Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I am 19 years of age and my dad has kicked me out of my house after gettin released from jail with no eviction notice and I was wondering if that is legal or illegal?

You are an adult, not a child. Unless you had a written lease that gave you the right to stay in his house, you have no right to live there.

Arguably, you were a 'tenant at will' and your father should have gone through a formal eviction proceeding, but if you're 19, isn't it time you went out on your own?
