Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I have been divorced for 4 years. I have recently learned that to this day my ex-husband is running background checks and more regularly on me. When does it become invasion of privacy and/or stalking? If he has crossed the line, what recourse do I have?

A person who checks public records is not invading your privacy.
When he comes to your house and stares into your windows at night, that's stalking. If he follows you around, that's stalking.
