Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
judgement
If I am designated in a bank account as ''payable on death'', can an entity who has had a judgement against me since 1989 collect the money from that account? The entity has updated the judgement at the appropriate intervals. Thank you

Re: judgement
Upon death. If the funds are yours before that, then they might also go after them.
