how to have a judgement lien removed from homested property?

in 1984 went thru a divorce. my ex husband was given all the bills to pay. one credit card didn't get paid. in 1995 a lein was place on my porperty. i have work to get it off the person that put it on the property sold it to some one. and said he don't remember who it was sold to. my question is there a form that i can fill out to get it removed? can I go before the judge?

Sue the person who put it on your property and bring him to court. I bet he will remember real fast who has the judgment - particullary when his is asked about this information on the stand.
