I live in Texas, can I have the apartment manager kick my husband out of the apartment if he is not on the lease?

Apartment managers don't kick people out. They file actions (lawsuits) in Justice Court for "forcible entry and detainer." They have to have legal grounds to do so.

And the answer to your question is that the apartment manager almost certainly will NOT want to get involved in your domestic problems.
