I lost cachier check after selling my car in June

I lost cachier check after selling my car in June in TX, I moved to CA. I find the cashier check copy and car deal documentation. The cashier check can be stopped by check buyer since it was bought 90 days ago. I sent email and called the car buyer, he doesn't reply to me about reissue new check to me. How I can get my money--$2,500 not be depoited from the cashier check?

contact the issuing bank and request replacement, follow their instructions.
