Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Nuisance
A corporation from california has bought property next to several homes outside the city limits. The corporation is operating the property as a motorcycle and ATV race track. It operates 7 days a week from day light until dark. The noise is adversely affecting several homeowners and at least one church. The group of home owners want to know our exactly what recourse we have.

It's quite likely that you can obtain an injunction to prevent nighttime riding or some type of noise abatement.
