Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I am in the 2nd stage of my green card application and 1-140 has been approved - my date is nov 2007 - My husband has just left me and he was on the application with me and my son - I am the applicant as i work for a british company in texas

I now want him removing - how do i do this and will it affect the process - I do not want to start all over again!

If you divorce your husband prior to I-485 approval, he automatically loses eligibility for a green card as your spouse.
