Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am 19 years old and found out a few years ago that I am an illegal immigrant. My mother and siblings are legal. However, she returned to Mexico before giving birth to me. Is it possible for me to apply for a visa/citizenship, etc? I cannot find a job, go to school, even get an ID. And I canNOT return to Mexico. I've never lived there and I don't know anyone there. Please help!

You can't petition or apply for a visa/citizenship by yourself. Someone has to petition for you first.
What is your moter's status - is she a US citizen? If yes, was she a citizen at the time she gave birth to you in Mexico? If so, she should have registered your birth with the US consulate in Mexico, as a US citizen.
If she wasn't a US citzen or green card holder when you were born (and neighter your father), but she is a US citizen now, she can petition for you. While you are under 21 and unmarried, it should be easier to became "legal".
You should consult a lawyer about your options.
