Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I'm American, I married a Jamaican in 3/08 in Jamaica. I have not seen him since the one week I was there. Is this marriage legal? If now how can I get divorced since I do not know his whereabouts?

Yes, if marriage was contracted in Jamaica in accordance with Jamaican laws, you are legally married. As to how to get divorce, consult a divorce lawyer in your State. This is not a matter of immigration law.
