hi, my name is angelica and my boifirend got sent to mexico and im five months pregnanti was wondering if i could fix him a permit or sum thing by the time im having the baby....

by the way im under age!

Unfortunately, no, you cannot as you are only his girlfriend, and the baby does not do anything for him. When you said he "got sent to mexico," I take it you meant he was deported to Mexico. A wife could do something for her husband, but even then, because of the deportation, he will be barred from returning to the U.S. for at least 10 years. The time to arrange papers for him was before he was deported, not after.

Unfortunately, it does not look like there is anything you can do to bring him back. There are no non-immigrant temporary permits available for people who were deported from USA.
