i aplied for political asilum,i was released in parole because of my medical record.What benefits can i get after i get my case completed.like a green card,citizenship or some degree of work permit?

First of all, you need to prove your case to an Asylum Officer or an Immigration Judge and get a grant of asylum. It's not an easy task, and only approxinately 30% of all applicants are approved.

If your asylum application is pending for over 180 days (excluding certain interruptions), you can get a Work Permit. You can apply for a work permit after 150 days.

When you have been granted an asylee status (if granted), you have to wait 1 year to apply for a Green Card.
