Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

If i dont have a birth certificate from my birth country or a birth certificate for the united states cause i was brought here when i was five and never told my true name! what can i do to become legal?

in a nutshell i was brought to this country by american citizens but never adopted so i have no social security number. it is not the typical "undocumented student" case bc im the only one in my family that is not legal.

If you were brought to the USA illegally, have no any identity documents, have never been adopted - you can't become a lawful resident or a citizen. You are an "illegal alien" even if the family you are living with are US citizens because they haven't followed legal adoption and immigration process.

I suggest, you or your family consult with a knowledgeable immigration attorney to see if you have any legal options at this point.
