Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I was born in Mexico and when I was only 1 year old I came to the United States with my parents and older brother. My mother is fixing her legal status through her adoptive mom and in her paper work she included us too. My mother has already received her acceptance letter and we have yet to receive any other notification from immigration. Our papers have been on file for about 10-12 years now. I have attended school here in the U.S. all my life and I will be graduating from college in a year with my bachelors degrees, but I'm afraid I won't be able to work and I'm also going to be turning 21 in April. I was wondering if this might affect me in any way.

Can someone please provide me with some legal advise. It will greatly be appreciated!!

There are too many additional details that you didn't include into your post. You need to schedule a consultation (phone or in-person) with a qualified immigration attorney.

For example, what status your mother is "fixing"? What exactly she applied for, what applications were filed and what is her eligibility? What acceptance letter she received (on what application or petition)? Did she receive a green card, and if yes, in what visa category? Where, in what application you were included as her child? What petitions were filed for you and your mother? etc etc.

If youd like to schedule a confidential telephone or email legal consultation, need advice or help, please let me know and Id be glad to help you. Contact email address: Attorney [@] law-visa-usa.com or LubaSmal [@] yahoo.com . I offer legal consultations and can assist in matters of the U.S. federal immigration law to clients from all 50 States and internationally.
