Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My boyfriend was deported to Mexico a year ago. He has since had 4 re-entries. He was taken here by family at age 10, has gone to middle and high school in Arizona, and is the father of my child. He has no criminal charges, was originally stopped for a traffic violation. Would a waiver of inadmissability apply to our situation?
1 Answer from Attorneys
He is not eligible for a waiver, based on what you wrote in your post.
