Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

My boyfriend and I have been together for four years now we have three kids together. He was deported in 2006 and was punished for five years the only thing is that he came ilegal what can we do to make him legal.

If he was deported and then came back to USA illegally after deportation, unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do to make him legal now.
