Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I have been with my boyfriend for 6 years and he has lived here for 10 years but is an illegal immigrant from Mexico and just recently went back to Mexico. We have two small children and we need to get him back to the US. For work and taking care of his family and I need to know how to get a emergency visa or something to get him back. My kids are going through major depression and very confused why he is not here and we need him back asap. What can we do?

He can't come to USA asap. There is no emergency visa fitting this circumstance.

Since you are not married, you can't petition for him as your husband. If you plan to marry, you, can file a Fiance visa petition (provided that you are a US citizen, and he left the USA within the past 2 years).

His visa will be denied for unlawful presence inadmissibility ground, and he will require a hardship waiver. If you can prove that you experience extreme hardship in his absence, a waiver can be approved and then a visa issued to him.
