I've been with my boyfriend for 2 yrs. we met in mexico iwas on vacation and he told me that he was in the united estates and commited a crime which was bringing illegal immigrants into the us they gave him 2 yrs. federal time and 10 yrs not to come in the us he has little then two yrs. left i love him and we want to get married do you know if can get his papers fixed by me and get the green card?

Do you mean that your boyfriend's occupation is a "coyote", a person who deals in illegal human trafficking? If so, and he was found guility and convicted, unfortunately, he will not be able to become a permanent resident or citizen of USA.

Yes, you can marry him in Mexico, and probably can move there to be with him. You should keep in mind, however, that he may not be able to live with you in USA.
