Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I was caught for shoplifting($30) and got a ticket which i appeared in court and judge dismissed my case and just told me to go without any questions, i only talked to her for less than five seconds. Is this something that i need to disclose in my naturalization interview?

Any theft is a crime of moral turpitude. Naturalization application is asking about committing a crime, as well as about convictions. You may want to discuss your eligibility for naturalization and ways to prepare with an immigration attorney.
