Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
i am a US citizen (born) but my husband is an illegal immigrant and was deported to mexico and i am planning to go live with him. I have a 3 year daughter also born in the US and am pregnant. My question is if my unborn child is born in Mexico will I have problems to bring it back to the US.

You will need to register your child's birth with the US consulate in Mexico (obtain a Birth certificate and a US passport).
