Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I am a U.S. citizen and I married my husband in 2008. He's an illegal immigrant from Mexico. I am trying to help him get this green card. We have a son together. The only thing he's told me is that when he was 14 years old he got caught by the border patrol and they got his fingerprints. He's the only one working for our household right now. He has never had law problems since he's been here. Is there any way I can help him get his green card?

He will need to apply for a visa and a hardship waiver in the US Consulate in C. Juarez in Mexico. You should consult a lawyer because this is not an easy situation, and the approval of a visa and a waiver is not guaranteed. The fact that he was arrested and deported on the border makes his situation only more complex.
