U.S. citizen marries a non citizen
A U.S. citizen is currently married to a non U.S. citizen and wants to get a divorce as she has found out that he is a non U.S. Citizen. They have been married 2 yrs. Can she receive a divorce or does she have to go through the regular divorce laws.
