Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Could you please let me know if a CONDITIONAL PERMANENT RESIDENT can apply for petition for a 20 years old unmarried son? Or should the 2 years conditioned time should pass to do so?
Can an F1 student, male, 20 years old be able to become a resident through a CONDITIONAL PERMANENT RESIDENT?

The Petitioner needs to be a Permanent Resident (not Conditional), & age-out issues could arise if the beneficiary is already 20 years old, despite the Child Status Protection Act.
