Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

My dad petition for me in July 5, 1995 (I-130)form he is a american citizen. But i was 21 at the time i was born on July 5, 1974. They told me I had to wait because i was older than 21. Ever since I have been waiting my priority date June 30, 1995 . My question is there is any way I can get me a Work Permit while I wait for my priority date ?

No, you can't get a work permit because, as I understand, you are living in USA illegally.

What is your country of birth? Are you single or married? Was your father a US citizen at the time he filed the petition?

In the First preference family category for all countries, your priority date (1995) is current, except for Philippines.
