Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
if i got a deportation letter and then got married and already have a child and am pregnant will i be able to stay
1 Answer from Attorneys
No, you won't be able to stay just because you are married, have a child and expecting a new baby.
You need to consult a good immigration attorney (not a 'notario" or 'specialist') to see if anything can be done to reopen your deportation. Because as of the date on your deportation order, you can be removed back to your country whenever apprehended by ICE.
