Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am an F1 visa holder and I have lived in the US for two years (legally). Me and my fiancee, who is a US citizen, are getting married soon. What should we do in order for me to get a residence? Do we have to get the adjustment of status once we are married? Do we have to get married first?
she is from california and we are getting married in texas, would that affect the process?

Yes, you have to get married first. When you are married to your US citizen fiancee, then you will be able to apply for adjustment of status (permanent residency/green card).
