Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My fiance and I were engaged to be married at the end of April this year about two months before he was picked up for being illegal. But, I need to know if I will get into any legal issuses for marrying him and if he will be able to stay in the US. Please help?

You need to provide more specific information about your fiance. For example, how and when did he come to USA, did he have a visa or came illegally, etc?
If he was arrested by ICE, he was referred for removal (deportation), and you'll be dealing with Immigration Court. Whether or not he can remain in USA, depends on his eligibility for adjustment of status and/or some other immigration benefits.
