Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am a foreigner married to US citizen and ready to apply my greencard. Two years ago my ex girlfriend applied US visa to attain my graduation as my wife and was denied visa.. Now what should I write as previously marriage question

I am not sure what you mean by "to attain my graduation as my wife".
If you were legally married anywhere in the world & did not get divorced, then you better do so now. If you have never been legally married to anyone else, then that's your answer.
Keep in mind that if you did not have a legal entry into the U.S. , or if you entered as a fiance to another person or a crewman, then you cannot adjust status in the United States.
