Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I have a friend that came here as a fiancee visa. they got married with her husband right after she got here but their marriage didnt work out. She run away from him but that time she just had a work permit coz her husband lying to the immigration about himself that he was single but actually he was divorce long time ago. So the immigration gave him 60 days to submit his divorce decree but he didnt do it. until Now shes still married to her ex-husband but she met another guy been together for 4 yrs she got 2 kids with her boyfriend. If the immigration found out that she still living here without a proper document are they going to deport her? her work permit been expired 3 yrs ago will can she still renew it without getting in-trouble?

Yes, she is in the country illegally and can be deported. Most likely, the I-485 had been denied several years ago. Also, she could have been referred to Immigration court for removal/deportation.

Because she came to USA on K-1 Fiancee visa, the only way she was allowed to adjust status is through marriage to a husband (K-1 visa petitioner) -- not through a marriage to another man.

She needs to consult a good immigration attorney about her options.
