Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I have a friend who moved from a foreign country to the united states, two years ago. She told me that her parent's DOB and her and her brother's DOB has been reduced by three years. Her uncle filed a petition under her mom's name. They are now legal permanent residents. However due to family disputes her uncle has now warned her family that he will revoke their green cards. Is it possible to do that? Would he have to face the consequences too?

An uncle can't revoke green cards. Only government can do so if, for example, green cards were obtained by fraud (e.g. a child lied about her age and provided fraudulent birth certificate in order to reduced her age to meet a definition of a child, etc etc).
