Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
i gave birth to a son in the US while on vacation, since when he was 3 weeks we returned home, he is now 17 months what happens now?

He's a US citizen but that's it. He can come back to the US when he's 18.

There is nothing to be expected to happen from this.
Your son is a US citizen by virtue of his birth on the US soil. You, however, have no rights to US citizenship or residency at the moment. You son is likely also a citizen of your own country of citizenship.
When your child is over 21 years of age and if he resides in USA, he might be able to petition for your residency in USA. Until then, there are no immigration benefits for you in having a child born in USA while on vacation.
