Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

i gave birth to a son in the US while on vacation, since when he was 3 weeks we returned home, he is now 17 months what happens now? I don't mean i want any citizenship or previledges, i want to know if we go back to the US to visit (we have family there) what will happen? Are we gonna encounter any trouble? What do i do about he's medical check ups? How do i set up any benefits for him?

Medicine and health benifits are not free in USA. If you want your son to have a health insurance in USA, where you are not a resident, you have to purchase it.

What benefits you plan to set up for him? If you refer to health benefits, as I mentioned, it's not free. Onyl emergency medical care could be paid by Medicaid.

Since you and your son reside in some other country, you have to arrange his medical checkups in the country of your and his citizenship.

Do you need a visa to travel to USA? If you do, then next time when you apply for a visitor's visa, you may have some serious issues proving that you have a nonimmigrant intent (because you traveled to USA to give birth to a child). They may also inquire who paid the medical bills (e.g. you personally, your family, etc), or whether Medicaid (American taxpayers) had paid the medical bills.
