Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
How would I be able to get a green card under the conditions that I am under the age of 18 and both my parents are not legal?
1 Answer from Attorneys
Unfortunately, you can't. One has to be eligible for residency (green card). Form your post, it's not clear what is your eligibility provided that you and both of your parents are in USA illegally (without an immigrant status). How did you come to USA? Has anyone ever petitioned for you or your parents? etc etc.
