what to do is my green card is expired and Im out of the country for 4 years for medical reasons?
Or is faster and easy if my daughter that is a citizen adult to request me as her mom?

It might be necessary to start immigration process from the beginning (by surrending a green card and filing a new petition) IF you've stayed abroad for 4 years and therefore had abandoned your permanent residency in USA.
As an alternative, sometimes the US consulate can issue a returning resident visa.
