Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am a green card holder entitled to apply for citizenship. However, I had a felony case which was dismissed and expunged. How do I deal with the question of arrest on the application form?

You might be eligible to apply for naturalization (not entitled to) because you think you meet all the naturalization requirements.
You will need to disclose all arrests, convictions, even dismissed ones, and provide certified arrest and court documents.
