Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am on a H1B Visa and my 6 years of H1B is expiring in April 2010. My company doesnot do Green Card Processing. My quesion is should I go back to my home country and stay there for 1 year before I can apply for a L or H visa or can I go to my home country and apply for a L visa and come back on the L visa immediately (without a cooling period of 1 year). My company is ready to do L1B visa.
Is there a cooling period after 6 years of H1B ? Is this possible.
If yes then is there any particular type of L1 visa I should be coming in . Company says they can do L1B ?
