Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
HI,
I am an international student with not so good GPA. My GPA has gone down after i transferred to the community college. I recently got into an accident and i want to take this fall semester off and go back home for physical checkup and treatment. But i am scared that i might have problem entering US again. I have worked here outside the college and also my gpa is bad and i havnt taken any summer classes.
I just have one question,
will i be able to come back? i just do not want to have any problem entering USA again...
