Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hi,
My name is Ganesh Sharma, and I have been living in the United States as an F1 status for the past eight years, I have my wife who is here as my dependent, and my daughter who is born in the United States. During this eight years I have been back to my country two times. I have finished my bachelor degree from here. I have double masters from here too and am still in the status. I have not been able to find job till now, and do not hope to get job and file H1 anytime soon. Could you please tell me, if there is any hope for me to get Green Card by any other means.
Sincerely,
Ganesh Sharma

When your daughter is 21 years of age she can petition for you. If it's employment-based green card, a US employer has to petition for you. It appears from your post that you can't self-petition unless you fit in some narrow category, and that is not clear from your post.
