Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

hi,

my husband was on h1 and i came to us on h4 last year(2009) feb....he got layed off in april 2009....he filed for h1 transfer......he received RFE for that.....mean while he joined school and filed F1 also but both got rejected.........then he filed appeal against h1 transfer case which is still pending..........

so my question to u is.......wat is our current status.......
