Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hi ! I need to hire you as my immigration attorney and therefore want to discuss my case with you ..actually i came here on fiance visa around 9 months ago and I got married within 90 days but after that we were not living together because we both are Muslims and before one religious requirement called "nikah" we should not live together but before nikah could happen we were not connecting with each other and finally we got divorced before filing for my green card then i fell in love with another girl who is also a u.s citizen and we recently got married..now all i want to know is that whether i have to leave to my home country immediately or can i stay here and process my case here first and also getting the provisional wavier (i601 a) approved here then when i get the interview date abroad only then i go back..further how long it will take here to process my case ?? i mean i got married to another u.s citizen now what i can and i should do ?? i do not know much about this please answer me in some detail..thank you

You are barred from adjusting status if you entered on a fiance visa & did not adjust status, based on the marriage with the fiance visa petitioner.
The provisional waiver, if approved, only waives unlawful presence. It does not waive any other bars to inadmissibility. Which means, you could still be denied an immigrant visa on other grounds.
I recommend that you discuss your options in-person with an Immigration Attorney in your area, who is well versed in waivers & Consular Processing.
