my husband received a letter from immigration stating that they denied the waiver and to appeal.i want to know wat should i do or wat are some option for me?

You should consult a lawyer who is specializes in hardship waiver applications (as this is what was denied, I assume). Provided that the inadmissibility ground was waivable, it appears that you couldn't prove that YOU, a US citizen spouse, will suffer extreme hardship if your husband's waiver application is denied. You have an option to appeal or to refile a brand new application.
