how can i get my husband a visa to enter the united states once he has gone to his interview and was told that he would have to wait ten years?

By applying for an Extreme Hardship Waiver. If approved, he will be granted a visa too (because the 10-year ban will be lifted).
Please keep in mind that it's difficult to have this waiver approved. If he is applying in Mexico, the waiver should be submitted at C. Juarez.
