my husbands greencard was revoked after having served time in prison: How should we go about getting him allowed to come back to the US? Mexico is where he was deported back to.
1 Answer from Attorneys
It would depend on why his green card was revoked: was crime(s) he was convicted for before he was deported to Mexico?
