i am illegal i have been here since 1988 and am now 22 and my ( ex ) husband is a u.s citisen i was in domestic viloence and have records .

You might have an option of self-petitioning under federal VAWA law. Provided that you divorced your US citizen husband less than 2 years ago, have a proof of a good faith marriage, abuse or extreme cruelty, etc.
