Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am an immigrant in the US, i came with a visa about 12 years ago, now it has expired, I do have papers in for my greencard and they have been in for about 11 years. I am now going to marry a US citizen who serves for the country;US Army. I am wondering how I would go about my immigration status now? What would I need to do? Will my husband being in the military help my status?
