I have a few employees who are here legally, but do not carry any form of identification other than there identification from Mexico. What type of identification, if any, do Mexican Nationals need to carry when in the United States?

Re: Immigration
If they are legal, then they should have either a green card, a valid I94 in their passport or an approval notice from USCIS. There are so many methods of becoming 'legal' that it is difficult to describe the various documents.
