Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

What lawyer can help get a foregin exchange high school student a visa so she can come back next year and get a high diploma from USA in Texas. Surely as many aliens as we have in US someone could help a good girl and good student to get a good education from USA. Please help????????

This is not up to a lawyer. It would be up to a girl. If she is enrolled into an appropriate program (school), her school had issued her I-20 form, she has a sponsor or personal funds, etc -- then, a lawyer can help with a new Student or Exchange Visitor's visa. If not, a lawyer can't help. If a foreign student is eligible for a student or exchange visitor's visa, usually, a lawyer is not required.
