Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

How long? and What would i have to do if i wanted to become a legal resident of the U.S. if I am getting married to a Citizen and I am going to have a child with her? I came to the U.S. illigally when i was 11 in 2001, I am a college student never been in trouble with the law, and i have never applied for legal residency

If you came to USA illegally, you will have to go back to your home country to apply for a visa after your wife's petition is approved. To come back, if you are over 18, a hardship waiver will be required as well.
